Tomas
Tomas has
been fortunate to incorporate the talents of seven wonderful
people: Kathleen Brennan
is a music and film producer and public relations manager; Ruth Mankin
has traveled extensively throughout Mexico
working with children and has a strong background in fund raising; Moona
O’Toole is an International
Adult Education Specialist, Director of Adult Education English Language
and Literacy Programs for Immigrants, and English as a Second Language
Teacher and Trainer; Linda Wren
has over 20 years of experience in
nonprofit charitable corporations; and Dr. Brian Shears
was the
Director of CSU International Program in Mexico City from 1996 to 1998
and is currently Professor of Education at Sonoma State University; Tom
Waits is a singer/song writer/film actor and two time Grammy winner; Tom Sawyer
is a consulting engineer.

was granted from the State of California on July 15, 1999 (CFTB 357RG755
